Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the information technology field.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Vue 3.X, Java 17.X, Spring Boot 2.7.X, .NET Framework 4.8, NginX, Tomcat, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Knowledge of MariaDB, Tibero, Oracle 11g, SQL Server, Windows, Linux, RHEL 9.X, Red Hat, Debian, Amazon Linux, Rocky Linux, and Ubuntu.
  • Intermediate or advanced coding proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, and WinForms.
  • Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers.
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of business processes related to manufacturing execution systems.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, APIs, and ecosystem tools such as Helm and Kustomize.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy shop-monitoring software applications that provide real-time insights into manufacturing processes.
  • Develop software that works with current manufacturing execution systems to add or enhance functionality.
  • Install and configure hardware and software components required for manufacturing execution system solutions.
  • Maintain and install equipment and configurations for the manufacturing execution system network.
  • Develop and maintain secondary software for environmental data gathering and assembly repair reports.
  • Perform purchasing duties for hardware, software, and services needed to complete tasks and projects.
  • Maintain assigned manufacturing execution system platforms by applying patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Monitor manufacturing execution systems and proactively address performance or availability issues.
  • Troubleshoot the root causes of manufacturing execution system issues and apply technical solutions to resolve them.
  • Install hardware and software enhancements for existing systems.
  • Run reports for customers using data from assigned systems.
  • Create procedures and documentation for manufacturing execution systems.
  • Train manufacturing execution system technicians and users.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational needs.
  • Ensure system accuracy, stability, and reliability during production.
  • Design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure Kubernetes clusters.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, scaling, and managing Kubernetes environments.
