Requirements
  • Are able to pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED and have experience in a licensed childcare center, It is highly preferred that you have one of the following: a CDA, a TCC in early childhood education specialties, a TCD, or any college degree in ECE or Child Development.
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
Responsibilities
