  • Cost reduction for all of our most critical components through a combination of design engineering, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing

Pacific Fusion is developing nuclear fusion energy with a focus on creating a high-gain fusion system. Their technology utilizes pulsed magnetic inertial fusion, where fast-rising, high-current pulses are used to magnetically compress and heat small containers of deuterium-tritium fuel to achieve fusion conditions. This method aims to produce more energy from fusion than the energy input required. What makes Pacific Fusion unique is its emphasis on practical economics; their modular system consists of a fast electric pulser made from many identical parts, a compact fusion chamber, and numerous small fuel containers, allowing for cost-effective manufacturing and efficient supply chains. With significant funding, Pacific Fusion's goal is to meet the increasing global energy demand and help combat climate change by providing a sustainable source of clean energy.
