Porch connects homeowners with local home improvement, repair, and maintenance professionals through an online marketplace. Homeowners can browse over 1,100 project types, compare quotes, and hire pros for tasks ranging from small repairs to major remodels. The platform works by listing professionals (and their leads) for a fee, offering premium tools to manage jobs, and partnering with brands and insurers for additional revenue. Porch stands out with the Porch Guarantee and Property Protection program, which provide satisfaction guarantees and protections regardless of whether the work is done by Porch’s own team or a recommended pro, along with extensive homeowner resources. The company aims to simplify finding and hiring reliable local experts, deliver peace of mind through guarantees, and grow a scalable marketplace for home services.

Analysts have maintained Porch Group's fair value price target at $16.38, with updated analysis largely reaffirming previous estimates. Keefe Bruyette raised its price target by $1.50, suggesting improved confidence in the company's execution plans. Porch Group issued 2026 earnings guidance, projecting revenue between $475 million and $490 million, compared to $419 million expected for 2025. The updated fair value maintains a 10.09% revenue growth assumption and 7.70% net profit margin, whilst the future price-to-earnings multiple adjusted slightly from 50.37x to 50.43x. However, some analysts note the revised target leaves limited margin for error if Porch Group fails to deliver against its roadmap. The discount rate increased marginally from 9.86% to 9.90%, reflecting a modestly higher required return.
Porch Group has raised its adjusted EBITDA 11-fold to $77 million in 2025, with fourth-quarter revenue reaching $112 million and gross margin hitting 81%. The software and insurance company benefited from launching Porch Insurance in Texas and increased agency activity, though sluggish housing market conditions weighed on transaction volumes. For 2026, Porch Group has set revenue targets of $475 million to $490 million and aims for $600 million in reciprocal written premium. The company plans long-term scaling to $3 billion in RWP and intends to deploy excess surplus towards mergers and acquisitions, renewal rights deals and expanded agent partnerships. Management noted that previous double-digit price increases are unlikely to continue into 2026.
Palmtech, a home inspection software provider, has launched Palmtech 11, introducing AI-powered tools and enhanced automation features. The platform, developed by Porch Group, maintains the simplicity inspectors rely on whilst adding new capabilities. Key features include an AI Image Defect Detector that identifies potential defects in photos and generates report comments, a Comment Library with narrative support for standardised documentation, and a Report Builder offering personalised presentation options. The software also introduces custom cover pages for branding and line-level ratings for faster report writing. Palmtech 11 retains core tools including customisable templates, media handling, and business management features such as scheduling and payment processing. The company has provided inspection software for over 28 years, helping inspectors streamline report writing and business operations through a single platform.
