Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in direct-response paid search marketing, preferably in highly competitive consumer-oriented verticals
  • Exceptional track record of driving measurable revenue and customer acquisition growth through SEM
  • Demonstrated success partnering with diverse cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in leading large-scale testing initiatives and implementing new processes across multiple teams
  • Proven success consistently driving performance with multi-million dollar monthly budgets
  • Extraordinary quantitative analysis skills, an affinity for numbers, and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately
  • Deep understanding of media measurement methodologies and technology
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate across a range of audiences
  • Strong ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and participate in a team-based planning process
  • Experience with bid management platforms, such as Marin, SA360, or Skai
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine high-performing paid search campaigns for your category while innovating and distributing best practices to other paid search teams
  • Design new testing frameworks and operational workflows, ensuring they can be adopted across various categories to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Serve as a strategic partner to CRO, PMM, Product and Analytics teams to bring forward-looking digital marketing initiatives to fruition and push the boundaries of what’s possible in SEM
  • Guide and support other paid search managers by sharing new methods, learnings, and strategic recommendations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Own the full lifecycle of paid search initiatives—from keyword selection and ad creative development to bidding strategy—ensuring industry-leading execution and performance
  • Utilize data analytics to uncover meaningful insights, proactively address performance challenges, and identify areas of opportunity that can benefit the broader organization
Desired Qualifications
  • An in-depth understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry is a plus
