Responsibilities
  • Develop multi-tier scalable, high-volume performing, and reliable user-centric applications that operate 24x7
  • Produce high-quality framework that is thoroughly tested, code reviewed & resilient, and improve upon developer productivity
  • Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross-functional, and cross-team critical projects
  • Mentor junior engineers, grow their capabilities to next level and spread your expertise for a stronger engineer teamive practice of mentorship and sponsorship. Maintaining relationships and developing a positive team culture
  • Scale distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs applying relevant design patterns, write high quality code, and deliver business impact through fast iteration
  • Provide objective and helpful quarterly performance feedback for engineers
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of relevant work experience in software development.
  • Experience in software development using a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby etc).
  • Experience of working on 3rd party API integrations, with error handling, rate limiting and monitoring.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes, including code generation, debugging, and productivity optimization. Candidates should demonstrate fluency in integrating AI-driven solutions into their workflows and a willingness to stay current with emerging AI technologies
