The Legal Operations Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and excellence in document drafting, ensuring our clients receive consistently high-quality work products. As our Director of Legal Knowledge Engineering, you will be a key leader in ensuring that our operations consistently deliver high-quality outputs that meet or exceed industry standards. This role is designed for a detail-oriented leader passionate about quality assurance, process improvement, and maintaining consistency across all operations. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to uphold and enhance the quality of our deliverables, minimize errors, and ensure that our processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and consistency of our deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Delivery, and Learning and Development teams to create drafting templates and repositories
Build and manage a team dedicated to quality assurance, fostering a culture of precision, reliability, and continuous improvement
Work closely with other leaders to identify and implement quality improvements and best practices
Establish and track quality-related KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvements and maintain high standards
Lead initiatives to refine and scale processes, ensuring they are both efficient and produce consistent quality outputs
What we look for:
5+ years of experience in litigation in big law, high-value personal injury claims, with an emphasis on research and drafting
Proven experience in leading teams to maintain and enhance quality standards across operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
Demonstrated success in refining processes to ensure consistent quality and reliability across a variety of experience levels
Effective in aligning cross-functional teams to set and achieve shared quality goals.
A track record of delivering high-quality outputs through meticulous attention to detail and process improvement.
