Ascension operates in Dallas as a multi-channel specialty coffee business with a chain of Australian-style, all-day cafés and a wholesale roasting operation. Its cafés offer a chef-driven breakfast and lunch menu, plus curated wines and craft coffee, designed to act as community hubs. The company sources beans through direct trade in a farm-to-cup model, emphasizes fair pay and transparency, and uses an in-house team with Q Arabica Graders to approve every batch. Its goal is to provide high-quality, ethically sourced coffee and food while growing its café footprint and wholesale/direct-to-consumer channels and strengthening community and supply-chain transparency.
