Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with safety, industry standards, regulations, and company specifications.
  • Experience installing and commissioning manufacturing equipment.
  • Writing SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and improvement initiatives.
  • Preferred qualifications encompass expertise in semiconductor, thin film solar cells, and the hard disk industry. Additionally, knowledge of precision laser tools, cleaning equipment, high-temperature furnaces, and plasma processing equipment is desired. Proficiency in 3D CAD systems (Solidworks) and PLM systems, as well as experience with PLC systems and troubleshooting, is also preferred.
