Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions recruitment or related sales experience.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with executive management to monitor monthly and yearly enrollment goals, ensuring they are met.
  • Assist in the development of yearly business plans, including enrollment projections and admissions budgets.
  • Develop and update marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in new student orientations and public relations activities for the college.
  • Interface with other college departments to ensure efficient information flow and record-keeping.
  • Produce management reports to forecast enrollments and analyze historical enrollment data.
  • Recruit, evaluate, and interview candidates for positions within the Admissions Department.
  • Act as a key representative for the college in networking with funding agencies and writing proposals.
  • Enroll and start students as needed.
