Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and colleagues.
  • Support workplace operations, meeting room management, and front-of-house services.
  • Conduct floor walks, workplace checks, and audits to maintain high standards.
  • Manage workplace issues through internal systems and ensure timely resolution.
  • Set up, check, and troubleshoot meeting room audiovisual and conferencing equipment.
  • Provide support for meeting room bookings and workplace enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and administrative tasks.
  • Promote a safe, secure, and compliant working environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Support wider team objectives, workplace events, and engagement activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting audiovisual and conferencing technology.
  • Knowledge of workplace services, facilities management, service-level agreements, and key performance indicators.
