About the role:
We are looking for our first Lifecycle Marketer to join our fast-growing Marketing team. At Unit21, we’re building a set of no-code tools that enable non-technical risk and compliance teams to run complex logic for fraud detection without having a Computer Science education. This allows financial institutions to catch more bad actors and spend less time on engineering. Unit21 is backed by Tiger Global, and is trusted by high-growth startups, and the largest online banks & crypto exchanges.
As Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll support our revenue growth by building and optimizing end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives across customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. You will strategize customer lifecycle advancement, as well as dive deep into campaign ops and data to ensure relevant programs are targeting the right prospect & customer segments with effective messaging and vehicles. This role will report to the Head of Demand Generation and will be highly cross-functional, working closely with Content, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to accelerate their career development, flex into multiple projects, and make a lasting impact at a company that stops bad actors that commit fraud and money laundering.
What you will be doing:
- Create full-funnel marketing programs that drive engagement to hit demand generation targets and customer acquisition goals
- Leverage prospect data and customer data to develop a mix of triggered, targeted, and educational programs to support customer acquisition and post-sale product adoption
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns based on leading indicators (engagement metrics) and lagging indicators (demo requests, sales meetings generated, pipeline), sharing insights with the broader team
- Develop and maintain email nurture programs mapped to customer acquisition stages and personas to generate qualified leads for our Sales teams
- Build cross-functional relationships internally, collaborating with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support shared company goals
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in email marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing, with a track record of delivering high-impact, successful campaigns
- A passion for highlighting strategic opportunities for growth
- Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills
- Proficiency with Hubspot (Our MAP) and Salesforce
