Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in email marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing, with a track record of delivering high-impact, successful campaigns
  • A passion for highlighting strategic opportunities for growth
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills

Responsibilities
  • Create full-funnel marketing programs that drive engagement to hit demand generation targets and customer acquisition goals
  • Leverage prospect data and customer data to develop a mix of triggered, targeted, and educational programs to support customer acquisition and post-sale product adoption
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns based on leading indicators (engagement metrics) and lagging indicators (demo requests, sales meetings generated, pipeline), sharing insights with the broader team
  • Develop and maintain email nurture programs mapped to customer acquisition stages and personas to generate qualified leads for our Sales teams
  • Build cross-functional relationships internally, collaborating with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support shared company goals
