Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance
  • 5-7 years of experience in revenue management, sales leadership, or revenue driving roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own business strategies and market share goals
  • Measure and monitor KPIs and metrics for growth strategies
  • Research and monitor market environment, customers, and trends
  • Analyze data for insights and data-driven decisions
  • Optimize distribution channels and monitor competitive activity
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders and forecast revenue performance
  • Work with sales teams to understand customer trends and barriers to growth
  • Conduct business development activities for revenue growth
  • Lead meetings and initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to revenue management and growth strategy
  • Collaborate on the Regional Growth Playbook and scale strategies
