Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an impactful field marketing events calendar, focusing on roadshows, executive briefings, and networking opportunities to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align event goals with business priorities and drive participation.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Tailor event formats and messaging to target personas, leveraging insights to maximize attendee engagement and ROI.
  • Define KPIs for events, analyze performance, and deliver post-event reports to measure success and inform future initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events uphold NICE's values and deliver a high-quality experience.
