Requirements
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in procurement, program management, project management or operations in a technology related industry
  • 5+ years of experience with real estate development procurement that includes, but not limited to, procuring general contractors, engineering and architectural services, and construction consultants
  • Bachelor's degree required, JD/MBA preferred
  • Program management and process improvement skills desired
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve business objectives
  • Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Support procurement of equipment and services for charging infrastructure development, real estate construction, facilities management, and commercial operations
  • Conduct RFx, negotiate the cost and other terms and conditions of such purchases by collaborating with the business partners and legal teams
  • Ensure smooth procure to pay process by working with the business partners and finance team
  • Gather requirements and input, conduct research, analyze data, propose optimal indirect procurement processes and procedures (e.g. coupa) and obtain consensus from the various partners
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with procuring electric vehicle charging infrastructure (DCFC's, L2 Chargers, Charging-as-a-Service, and alternative energy)
  • Significant legal / contract knowledge or legal degree
