  • At least 5 years of proven experience commercializing digital products and Ad Sales mostly focused in performance.
  • Relevant experience in online industry.
  • Proven knowledge of online marketing metrics and tracking.
  • Solid understanding of the online media industry (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Google Analytics, etc).
  • Deep knowledge of the Mexican online environment.
  • Strong analytical skills (Advanced Excel is a plus).
  • Spanish speaker & English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage sophisticated, multi-faceted relationships.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proven track record of outstanding account management.
  • Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets results.
  • Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope simultaneously while prioritizing appropriately.
  • Ability to effectively liaison with team members.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Strengthen and grow business relationships with travel partners in flight, hotel, car rental, and other lines of the travel industry.
  • Bring incremental revenue from the actual partners.
  • Find and develop business opportunities for the market.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with internal stakeholders and clients providing a first-class service.
  • Develop a commercial strategy for long-term sustained success.
  • Create proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate new business deals and evaluate existing deals to secure revenue goals.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline from prospecting phase to closing.
  • Manage all aspects of commercial digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with the account management team to build and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Drive implementation of client plans across multiple teams and products.
  • Identify gaps & improve existing relationships in terms of revenue generation.
  • Check localization issues and optimize the local KAYAK site.
  • Work along with the Regional Director to find opportunities or product gaps for the market.
