Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with company goals, market demands, and customer insights.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and developers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • The incumbent will be able to determine risk and to recognize operational issues / challenges and to recommend pragmatic solutions in line with the departmental key objectives.
  • The candidate will ensure that projects are managed effectively to completion, on time, within budget to the desired quality.
  • The candidate will have a strong understanding and knowledge of indoor product categories.
  • Ability to partner closely with departmental leaders to ensure alignment on the relevant key objectives as well as helping to determine customer expectations. Ensure seamless product launches and go to market strategy.
