Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience on Agile software development teams following Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Demonstrated experience using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub for documenting work and team collaboration.
  • Minimum 8-10 years building web applications and user experience/user interface frameworks using Angular, React, or JavaScript, with specific examples.
  • Minimum 6-8 years working in the Linux operating system.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of demonstrated experience with development and deployment of applications in the Commercial Cloud Services environment or an Amazon Web Services cloud environment; Azure, Oracle, Google, or other cloud computing technology may substitute for Commercial Cloud Services.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience with search and analytic tools, such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or OpenSearch.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated Extract, Transform, Load experience with large structured and unstructured raw data sets.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and implement new applications based on project requirements.
  • Ability to work individually and in project teams, decompose concepts into discrete development tasks, and manage work to a deadline.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of demonstrated ability with microservices, including Docker, Podman, or containerization services.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in object-oriented programming; Python is preferred, with Java, JavaScript, C#, or SQL also considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or another relevant field and a minimum of six years of experience; a Master's degree equates to an additional two years of relevant work experience.
  • TS/SCI with polygraph required on day one.
Responsibilities
  • Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning technology into a production web application.
  • Participate in iterative software development teams while adhering to reporting requirements.
  • Design, develop, and unit test code for a production system and demonstration capabilities.
  • Develop rapid prototypes to drive out requirements and design.
  • Provide demonstrations and detailed walkthroughs of features to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Meet with stakeholders, analyze requirements, develop user stories, and translate them into software development tasks.
  • Develop technical documentation and briefing materials to support program status reviews, control gates, and other presentations as directed.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for application workflows, integrations, and compliance procedures.
  • Optimize and enhance application performance to ensure scalability and security.

  • Demonstrated experience with text analytics and its applications in business intelligence or business analytics, including search, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, document summarization, or document categorization, through education or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing proofs of concept for new technologies and evaluating the state of the art in machine learning algorithms for text analytics, through education or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow, through education or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Pandas, D3.js, or ggplot, through education or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with relational or non-relational data stores such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB, through education or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using natural language processing tools such as spaCy, NLTK, Stanford CoreNLP, or Gensim, through education or experience.
  • Experience with the Java Spring framework.

Nightwing, an intelligence solutions company, has partnered with ProCustom Group to launch rugged laptops with integrated cybersecurity solutions. The new portfolio features PCG's customised commercial off-the-shelf rugged devices pre-installed with Nightwing's Boot Shield and Electronic Armor technologies. The integrated platform combines rugged notebooks with Intel AI-enabled processors, hot-swappable batteries and sunlight-readable displays alongside Nightwing's cyber resiliency tools. Boot Shield prevents boot-level attacks and firmware code injections, whilst Electronic Armor protects sensitive applications and data. The partnership aims to deliver secure computing solutions for mission-critical operations in extreme environments. The upcoming product range will include ruggedised laptops from 11 to 16 inches with customisable configurations. ProCustom Group specialises in environmental and electromagnetic hardening of ruggedised technology for military and aerospace applications.
