Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with VMware solutions and tools, including VMware vSphere 5.x and 6.x, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager (SRM), vRealize Operations (vROPS), and vRealize Automation.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- IT professional with a mix of strategic engineering and design along with hands-on, technical work.
- Must hold VMware certification such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or VMware Certified Digital Practice Expert (VCDX).
Responsibilities
- Configure, tune, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale systems to achieve optimal application performance, stability, and availability.
- Provide hands-on technical work in deploying and managing VMware environments.
