  • Several years of experience in classical as well as agile project management
  • Sound knowledge as a Scrum Master with agile methods and distributed teams, including the integration of external employees
  • Very good methodological knowledge in moderation, motivation, change management, and team development
  • Confident appearance, pronounced communication and persuasive skills as well as solution-oriented work
  • Goal-oriented, independent, and structured way of working, also in a technically complex environment
  • Very good German (C1-C2) and English skills (B2-C1) in spoken and written form
Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the Scrum framework, as well as actively organizing and moderating Scrum events
  • Accompany one to two development teams and are responsible for their efficient collaboration
  • Identify as a true leader and remove obstacles in everyday work as well as barriers between teams and stakeholders
  • Live and convey agile values and inspire teams for agile practices and principles
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and drive the agile transition forward
  • Develop and coach experts for self-organization and cross-functional teamwork
Desired Qualifications
  • A certification as Scrum Master (CSM® or PSM™ I) is desirable
  • Affinity for software and algorithm development is advantageous
