Responsibilities
  • Reconcile Inbound orders against 3PL data
  • Reconcile Inventory between SAP and the 3PL’s WMS
  • Reconcile Outbound shipments to ensure closure within 24 hours
  • Monitor ICR (inquiry, change request) document and execute order change request
  • Shipment building, delivery creation and modification
  • Will be called on to work closely with 3PL & Transportation resources
  • Monitor EDI and Non-EDI communication to/from 3PL
  • Resolve EDI and Non-EDI errors by using various SAP transactions and employing investigative skills
  • Respond to various inquiries from CS concerning order statuses
  • Create reporting to monitor past due transactions
  • Create POs in Ariba as called upon by Warehouse management and reconcile invoices
  • Monitor OT shipping by running SAP transaction
  • Lines up SAP T/L shipping dates with 3 PL shipping date
  • Facilitate Rush orders as requested by CS
  • Can be called on to execute inventory management transaction
  • Provide external support to other US shipping plants
  • Participate in all LEAN Initiatives
  • Maintain shipping volume reporting
