  • Maintains stocked inventory status and prepares monthly reports
  • Takes customer requests for product parts quotes
  • Enters parts orders and other order administration
  • Organizes and maintains electronic file systems
  • Communicates with co-workers, management, customers and others in a professional manner
  • Assembles and ships submittals as directed
  • Reviews and tracks commissions
