  • Actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or other related degree at an accredited college or university
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
  • Rising seniors are preferred
  • Participate in a rotational model to support high priority projects in tandem with the broader Healthcare Network team to gain exposure and knowledge across multiple facets of the organization
  • Create deliverables and prepare presentations for business partners such as Sales, Cost of Care, Operations, etc
  • Partner with other members of the intern cohort to develop process improvements, strategic ideation, and gap mitigation
  • Engage with opportunities to do innovative work that creates greater care for our members, greater value for our customers, and greater health for our communities
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
