Requirements
  • 6+ years working in ad tech, a strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, exchanges, ad servers, data providers and the landscape at large
  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of forming long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Self motivated sales professional with experience in customer-facing, service-oriented roles
  • Effective, clear & concise communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, use an analytical and commercial orientated proactive approach to managing your book of business and identify upsell opportunities to grow client and MGNI revenue
  • Proactive with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting of various sizes and functions
  • Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, Microstrategy , Gemeni/ChatGPT
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Streaming/CTV media owner accounts, working to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Focus on consultative client relationship management prioritizing partnership growth
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships, reporting up to leadership and cross functionally to collaborating leveraging a “team sales” approach
  • Foster a collaborative environment with peers and cross functional teams, sharing learnings which may benefit the wider media owner publisher portfolio
  • Master MGNI proprietary platforms and utilize your advanced understanding of how the platforms/technology operate to successfully support your clients
  • Develop deep insight & knowledge of your clients Streaming/CTV business & provide consultative support to clients, demonstrating how MGNI technology can aid their strategy
  • Develop understanding of tech and partner businesses such that you can articulate product and engineering needs, improving MGNI tech offering
  • Manage accurate revenue forecasting efforts across account portfolio
  • Analyze digital advertising performance, make and implement recommendations with a positive yield impact on a consistent basis
  • Host quarterly business reviews, weekly meetings and maintain regular communication with clients
