We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Relationship Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships.

• Understand client goals and provide solutions that align with their objectives.

• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver timely and effective services.

• Monitor account performance and proactively address potential concerns.

• Prepare and present reports on client activity and progress.

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
