- Minimum 2+ years experience in ServiceMax
- Total 8+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies
- Minimum 3+ years in Agile and DevOps development
- Create Salesforce/ServiceMax management features such as SFMs, custom objects, workflows, triggers, flows, lightning components, Visualforce Pages, custom integrations, SOQL and SOSL queries and web services
- Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com/ServiceMax platform, using Apex programming language
- Work data feeds to and from SAP and other systems and other ETL tools
- In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax application administration; security models, sharing rules, standard/custom objects, Validation and workflow rules, reports/dashboards, release management and sandbox environments
- Experience with Territory assignment, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules
- Experience with Data Loader technologies
- In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Knowledge, and Commerce
- Develop, build, configure and unit test solutions from designs documentation
- Follow ServiceMax best practices and enforce data quality policies
- Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
- Ensure compliance with security policies through Salesforce/ServiceMax profiles and permission sets
- Created new Salesforce/ServiceMax custom objects, assigned fields, designed page layouts, custom tabs and components
- Plan and conduct requirements gathering session with the business to collect functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's ServiceMax technology enhancement and initiatives
- Configured out of the box, custom reports and Einstein Analytics dashboards
- Perform all work to agreed time, cost and quality constraints
- Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
- Oversee that unit test are executed to ensure they meet quality standards
