Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish and English verbal and written communication is a plus.
  • Portuguese language proficiency is desired.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment with teams located across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Preferred 5+ years of supply chain experience in domestic ground transportation, multimodal transportation, import last-mile or export first-mile operations, United States-Mexico cross-border transportation, and Pan-European transportation.
  • Preferred 3+ years of process mapping, solution design, and engineering experience in the supply chain industry.

Responsibilities
  • Lead solution definition, design, and project execution activities related to the role’s objectives.
  • Lead analysis and support continuous-improvement initiatives for Land Transport Solutions operations in the Americas.
  • Use innovation and automation to achieve a 15% to 20% productivity gain while optimizing organizational contribution margins.
  • Develop and maintain product and pricing information in business systems.
  • Participate in developing quotation and deal-evaluation methods for consistent use across lines of business.
  • Review and analyze requests for proposal with commercial and engineering teams to identify and approve pricing and contractual requirements and assess project feasibility against company costs and budgets.
  • Prepare requests for information and requests for proposal, presentation materials, and solution strategies for pre-sales support.
  • Collaborate with product owners and sales leads to create technology-solution pitches, perform application demonstrations, and support requirements discovery during sales activities.
  • Conduct post-sales requirements discovery and documentation and collaborate with business and technical teams on solution design, scopes of work, and business-requirements documentation.
  • Identify and validate business requirements and use cases, map processes, and define solutions for customer implementations.
  • Collaborate with information technology, customer support, and operations teams during implementations and assist with setup, testing, and training.
  • Support strategic accounts after implementation for new technology requirements and solution design.
  • Determine investment opportunities based on business and financial objectives.
  • Create and manage a roadmap of prioritized future capabilities.
  • Identify technology solutions that meet business and financial objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with company principles and enterprise technology standards.
  • Support implementation of a new transportation management system platform for Land Transportation across the Americas and EMEA.
