Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Product teams
  • Background or previous experience working closely with Enterprise Security Support teams
  • Experience building an MSSP business
  • Experience building an MDR business, both internally delivered and partner-delivered
  • Experience building significant Enterprise SaaS Products that your customers love
  • Successful track record leading a high performing Product Team or Venture
  • Expert in the Product Craft, User Experience Design, API Design and Development
  • Deep Understanding of the Enterprise Security Market and Security Challenges
  • Customer Focus - Ability to create a shared vision with customers and deliver on it
  • Ownership - You are accountable, persistent, and tenacious about getting things done and bring that out in others

Responsibilities
  • Working with the Support team to build business cases and determine the impact of product changes requested to streamline Support processes (save Support team man-hours on cases, reduce most common cases (Supportability), etc
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements from Support across these categories:
  • Supportability requirements to streamline Support delivery
  • Requirements to improve our internal delivery of services e.g MDR
  • Aligning with Channel Org to connect regularly with MSSP and MDR partners, gathering MSSP and MDR requirements, driving product changes based on a deep technical understanding of how MSSP and MDR partners support their customers, optimize their business, and get paid
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure Channel-facing product collateral/decks reflect advantages to the partner from a business perspective (how they can make money selling S1), beyond technical differentiation of products/features
