Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing payment operations or equivalent
  • Payments support experience required
  • Basic understanding of all payment methods required (checks, ACH, virtual credit cards, etc.)
  • Knowledge of virtual card enrollment processes required
  • Must be a leader, always looking to improve themselves and the people around them
  • Self-driven to identify and implement process improvements both internally and customer facing
  • Strong understanding of basic technical programs (Windows Office Suite, file formats, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Committed to excellent customer service

Responsibilities
  • Identify the needs of the organization, continuously evaluate, optimize, and improve capacity planning processes and guidance putting the customer at the center of everything we do
  • Lead multiple modeling / operational improvement projects and align with leadership and delivery
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Research and resolve customers' inquiries, as well as external Bank/FI inquiries
  • Provide support across the R365 departments and liaise with Finance, Compliance, FinTech, and Sales
  • Provide data analysis for Monthly Reports
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all processing and posting are accurate
  • Analyze processes and create strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned
