  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Healthcare & Medical Industry
  • Proven leadership experience with strong coaching capabilities

  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian sales processes and industry dynamics

  • Remote position covering Ontario; ideal candidate located in the Greater Toronto Area and able to travel often
  • Ability to collaborate with Regional Sales Director – Central Acute/LTC, Account, Brand and National Managers to assess and execute strategic initiatives
  • Experience in developing and executing regional business plans to support corporate objectives
  • Experience with GPO/SSO/tender process input of pricing and assortment plans for regional bids
  • Ability to support broker and distributor partners in implementing high-growth programs and initiatives
  • Experience contributing to managing budget and resource allocation for Central Region
  • Experience partnering with Marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and incentive programs to maximize ROI
  • Ability to close critical accounts to drive expansion
  • Experience with data-driven insights to optimize LTC channel strategies
  • Familiarity with Canadian market and healthcare industry regulations
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of regional business plans to support corporate objectives
  • Participate in GPO/SSO/tender process input of pricing and assortment plan for regional bids, contracts
  • Support broker and distributor partners in implementing high-growth programs and initiatives
  • Deliver key financial performance metrics, including regional sales growth and gross margin targets
  • Equip the sales team with data-driven insights to optimize strategies within the LTC channel
  • Execute business strategies in alignment with regional and national sales leaders
  • Assist sales teams in closing critical accounts to drive expansion
  • Contribute to managing the Central Region’s budget and resource allocation
  • Partner with Marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and incentive programs to maximize ROI
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support strategic initiatives
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Long-Term Care sector in Canada is preferred
  • Experience with Essity products and solutions is a plus
  • Ability to travel frequently within Ontario and to national meetings as needed

Essity today held the Annual General Meeting at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, Sweden.STOCKHOLM, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Meeting approved the Parent Company income statement and balance sheet and the consolidated income statement and consolidated balance sheet for 2024.The meeting resolved on a dividend for the financial year 2024 of SEK 8.25 per share. Record date for the dividend is set to Monday, March 31, 2025. The dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, April 3, 2025.The Meeting resolved that the remuneration to each director elected by the Annual General Meeting who is not employed by the company shall amount to SEK 960,000 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors is to receive SEK 2,880,000. Each member of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 145,000, while the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 170,000. Each member of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 350,000, while the Chairman of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 490,000.
