Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager with the day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
  • Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve company expectations.
  • Identify problems in operational processes and resolve them quickly and promptly.
  • Supervise the Warehouse Team's daily operations, orders, and inventory management.
  • Process sales orders accurately and on time, and communicate with customers, warehouse staff, and sales representatives.
  • Manage daily operations, orders, and customer service activities.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability.
  • Support the Sales Team with orders and shipments.
  • Supervise the Procurement Team's daily purchasing, transfer, receiving, and inventory management activities.
  • Oversee transfer requests from the Sales Team and promptly prepare transfer plans.
  • Oversee cabinet orders through the intercompany purchasing process.
  • Obtain freight quotes, dispatch orders to freight companies, and verify freight charge invoices.
  • Communicate across departments with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and departments in other branches.
  • Follow up proactively on customer issues, including returns, defective products, and credit memos.
  • Manage inventory transfers, positive and negative quantity adjustments in the NAV system, and transfer forecasting arrangements.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory as it relates to orders and shipping.
  • Process all warehouse inventory transfers in the system.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical counts, reconcile the results, and report them to the Manager and National Operations Manager.
  • Monitor daily shipments and intercompany transfer shipments, and communicate with intercompany contacts regarding related transfers.
  • Obtain additional information as necessary from different company departments.
  • Arrange inbound and outbound containers and local shipments, update purchase order shipment schedules, and verify container shipment bills and freight bills.
  • Complete assignments or instructions from the Manager and National Operations Manager.
