Lead revenue cycle-focused Epic initiatives such as charge automation, CDM updates, and integration of payer rules within Epic workflows.
Support testing and validation of Epic upgrades and new functionality impacting revenue integrity.
Oversee the configuration, integration, and performance of revenue-related systems (e.g., EHR, charge capture, billing, coding, reimbursement tools).
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and automation solutions.
Ensure system workflows support accurate and timely charge capture and billing.
Performed proactive analysis to recommend potential changes or enhancements to workflows.
Leads projects associated with optimization efforts and provides updates to senior and executive leadership team.

Serves as mentor to senior analysts and is proficient and/or certified in numerous applications.
