  • Some experience delivering EHR training, adult learning, coaching, and supporting end-user adoption in healthcare environments

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) across multiple skill levels and audiences, including deployment and go-live training
  • Work with Design Learning Consultants to review and provide recommended updates to training content and enablement assets (job aids, guides, scenario-based exercises) to reflect workflow and build changes
  • Apply adult learning principles and data-driven approaches to improve learner engagement and retention
  • Provide clinical subject matter expertise across a specific training program
  • Support change management and end-user adoption by identifying gaps, resistance points, and practical remediation strategies
  • Assess trainer effectiveness and provide structured coaching through observations and 1:1 feedback sessions to improve delivery consistency and outcomes
  • Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted interventions (refresher training, office hours, microlearning, remediation pathways)
  • Monitor training impact and contribute to continuous improvement cycles based on feedback and performance trends
  • Track and analyze training KPIs (e.g., satisfaction, completion, proficiency/skill improvements) and tailor training plans accordingly
  • Provide status updates to senior leaders and project teams, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (clinical, technical, operations, and external partners) to align training with solution design and organizational goals
  • Leverage deeper solution knowledge to explain system behavior, workflow interdependencies, and design decision impacts to both clinical and operational audiences
  • Contribute to solution readiness by aligning training scenarios to configuration decisions and helping mitigate workflow/build-related risks
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures; safeguard corporate and client assets
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations (common during go-lives)
  • Compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates may be required for certain client-facing roles
Desired Qualifications

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Oracle, Adobe rally as AI peace hopes lift battered software sector down 23% YTD

Oracle secures 2.8GW Bloom Energy fuel-cell power for AI data centres

Oracle has agreed to purchase up to 2.8 gigawatts of fuel-cell power from Bloom Energy to supply data centres for artificial intelligence work. An initial 1.2 gigawatts of capacity has been contracted and will be deployed this year and in 2027 at Oracle projects in the US. A gigawatt provides enough electricity to supply approximately 750,000 US households simultaneously. The deal represents a significant commitment to powering AI infrastructure through fuel-cell technology as demand for data centre capacity continues to grow.
