Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Supervisor, Strategic Growth.

We’re looking for someone who is eager and curious to get their hands dirty and help manage the process of bringing in new clients. This position will have the opportunity to help shape the new business process, introduce Tombras to new companies and brands, and ultimately see firsthand how we’re shaping and impacting the future of the agency one opportunity at a time. This position will work with key agency leadership and offers huge potential for growth. The Strategic Growth Supervisor will help Tombras improve our outbound approach, new business pitch and go-to-market strategy with ideas for new business assets, pitch design ideas and holistic storytelling approach.

- Remarkable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees

What you’ll be doing:
- Have a full understanding of what makes Tombras who we are and why, and be able to articulate that to new potential clients, internal teams and current clients to help support growth
- Lead our outbound new business approach (on a monthly and quarterly basis) to make Tombras more top-of-mind with prospective clients and consultants
- Manage agency CRM communicating to prospects, past prospects and clients, former employees, etc.
- Formalized quarterly communications to agency search consultants
- Strategic highly targeted outreach to industry verticals where agency has recent experience
- Attend relevant industry events for networking/prospecting
- Stay well-informed of the marketing landscape, new business opportunities and industry trends
- Become comfortable speaking with prospective/new clients and authentically representing Tombras
- Understand the link between disciplines and establish strong partnerships with internal teams across disciplines to help support the larger goals of a pitch team
- Serve as an internal resource for teams providing assets and guidance for how we talk about ourselves to support incremental growth and with new client onboarding
- Organize and communicate information with great attention to detail to help ensure the team is always on track and has the information needed to be successful
- Manage incoming new business leads and take on potential client calls to help assess new opportunities
- Facilitate, develop and organize all new business materials (capabilities decks, case studies, RFP language)
