You will earn £14.20 per hour – equal to £11,814.40 salary

As a Night Receptionist, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences
Your main duties and responsibilities will be taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests and making sure any late arrivals are met with a warm welcome. You will also be responsible to do ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the need of the Hotel.
To succeed as a Night Receptionist, you will need:
Experience working as a Nights Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is beneficial
Confidence working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus
