Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or a current certification such as Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Project Management Professional, Certified Government Financial Manager, or Certified Defense Financial Manager.
  • Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility, or the ability to obtain it as required.
  • Eight to ten years of Department of Defense financial management experience.
  • Five or more years of Government Financial Enterprise Business System or Government Financial Enterprise Business System-Sensitive Activities experience, including at least one year supporting Government Financial Enterprise Business System-Sensitive Activities.
  • Two to three years supporting Special Operations Forces or sensitive activities environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, teams, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of Department of Defense financial management processes, audit readiness requirements, enterprise resource planning systems, and business transformation initiatives.
  • The ability to solve problems creatively and adaptably.
  • The ability to work with clients to understand their needs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team supporting financial management operations, enterprise resource planning modernization, audit readiness, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary contractor representative responsible for program execution, performance, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance related to Government Financial Enterprise Business System-Sensitive Activities implementation, sustainment, integration, and optimization.
  • Partner with government leadership to identify operational challenges, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Oversee development of financial management strategies that improve audit readiness, reporting accuracy, information security, and operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, business process improvements, change management activities, and training initiatives.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, findings, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure contract deliverables, quality standards, and mission objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
