  • Master’s Degree in Metrology / Control Systems and Instrumentation / Adv Manufacturing
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Semi-Conductor Industry
  • Metrology, control systems & Instrumentation knowledge
  • Problem Solving skills

  • Project Management skills
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for resolving problems associated with metrology and measurement systems of the module / product (Example; gauges, sensors, probes) including Integration and testing
  • Accountable for solving issues associated with Software & algorithm, communication protocols, obsolescence etc. of these metrology instruments
  • Experience is working on different PLC modules, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Drive Continuous Improvement methods to achieve breakthrough improvements in supplier performance metrics for identified modules / products
  • Understand data trends and drive quantified results by analytical systems and processes
  • Demonstration of results through usage of problem-solving methods
  • Collaborate with other Supplier Engg to eliminate Muda and implementation of processes improvements to achieve consistency and efficiency across or within manufacturing, supply chain and logistics
  • Evaluate internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation
  • Support Kaizen Events and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level projects within and across operations and divisions to optimize performance
  • Control deviations at supplier and minimize the part to part variability to achieve excellent process capabilities (Cp, Cpk)
