Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Supporting installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Turntide products
  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Verifying and validating product configurations for customer usage
  • Collaborating with engineering team to resolve in-field issues
  • Generating and maintaining product collateral and documentation
  • Supporting design for installation and maintenance activities
  • Providing build/assembly support during development phases
