  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in business strategy, communications, operations, consulting, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • The ability to independently manage projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Strategy, Marketing, and Communications manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives critical to the Dallas Business Unit's success, aligning priorities with business objectives.
  • Conduct research and gather market intelligence to inform Business Unit strategy, support business planning, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Support quarterly and annual business planning processes by preparing presentations, reports, and visual materials that communicate Business Unit performance, initiatives, and alignment to company strategy.
  • Support the development of presentations and materials for leadership, client, and team meetings to communicate strategic objectives and results.
  • Independently manage cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and drive progress.
  • Support senior leaders and Business Unit partners by identifying and anticipating needs, asking thoughtful questions, and translating ambiguous challenges into structured plans.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Craft narratives and communication materials tailored to diverse internal audiences, including leadership and executive teams.
  • Contribute to the identification of best practices, process improvements, and opportunities for strategic innovation across the Business Unit.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Data visualization skills, including Power BI and Smartsheet, are a plus.
