  • 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong experience with NetSuite

Responsibilities
  • Generate AR aging and review customers/partners statements.
  • Identify delinquent accounts and perform collections on past due invoices to maintain targeted DSO under 60 days.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers/partners while addressing any billing inquiries or disputes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Data Scientist, and Staking team to resolve customers/partners discrepancies on billing and payments.
  • Correspond with potentially delinquent customers. Freeze and terminate accounts on Salesforce when needed.
  • Validate and process credit memos/rebates.
  • Processed in-kind payment application for partners and reconcile weekly.
  • Perform month-end AR close responsibilities
  • Review customer contract and opportunity in Salesforce
  • Generate manual invoices in NetSuite and Stripe.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
