- Implement and maintain scalable processes for indirect tax compliance, including sales, use, franchise, and other indirect taxes across all applicable jurisdictions.
- Maintain intercompany transfer pricing agreements, compliance, evaluations, and processes.
- Manage selection, relationship, performance, and usage of tax-related technology (e.g. Avalara).
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their potential impact on the company and advising on action plans as appropriate.
- Evaluate, select, and manage tax consultants engaged for expertise and flexible capacity to deliver on functional responsibilities.
- Business owner of tax related systems and technology, including ERP, sales tax management software, etc.
- Masters Degree in Taxation preferred

Members of the Edmentum team have recently joined education leaders and policymakers at a number of conferences focused on policy and advocacy, including ExcelinEd's National Summit on Education, the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) Annual Policy Forum, and the Accelerate Edtech Impact Summit hosted by the Stanford Accelerator for Learning.
