- B.S. in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering field or equivalent years of related work experience
- Previous Test Lab experience
- Proven Leadership experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Mechanical and Mathematical aptitude
- Experience with use of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Exposure to Instron testing
- Reliability Technician will work closely with R&D engineers to test new and existing products to generate and analyse data to be utilized in the New Product Development process.
- Assist in the mechanical evaluation of new and existing products.
- Evaluate test data and report results.
- Prepare and operate various lab equipment such as Instrons and needle testing equipment.
- Mechanical or Biomedical Engineer is preferred.
- Will consider mechanical inclined technicians that do not have Engineering degree.
