Requirements
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent education and experience in a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of account management experience within the marketing, technology, or web industry, including process development and execution.
  • Demonstrated success with client relationship management or customer service and the ability to build strong, lasting business relationships.
  • Problem-solving, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting skills to facilitate outcomes.
  • Comfort and experience recommending solutions and making a case for additional spend when requirements are ambiguous.
  • Accurate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to set expectations, communicate clearly and concisely, and ensure understanding and agreement.
  • Experience tracking account revenue, supporting forecasting, considering growth targets, and monitoring profitability and scope control.
  • Solid working knowledge of current digital technologies and the ability to learn and apply emerging technologies appropriately.
  • Ability to gain consensus and build enthusiasm for ideas and solutions.

  • Valid state driver's license, at least 2 years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and specified automobile insurance coverage for driving on behalf of the company.
  • Availability to work full-time during core business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Manage clients against annual account plans, revenue-growth opportunities, and strategies designed to achieve agreed business outcomes.
  • Facilitate detailed scopes of work for current client projects and proposals that align with client goals.
  • Maintain client relationships and deliver information, reports, recommendations, and briefings to connect clients with their team and results.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend solutions to existing clients.
  • Define key performance indicators and objectives for client projects and services.
  • Ensure team clarity and alignment with client goals so deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, annual planning sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely scoping, estimation, scheduling, and coordination for projects and service delivery.
  • Communicate project expectations and milestones clearly and promptly to team members and clients.
  • Manage client engagements, including projects and ongoing services, to ensure client satisfaction and balanced return on investment.
  • Provide thought leadership on services, products, marketing best practices, and client-industry priorities.
  • Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships, including scope alignment, performance management, budget oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to integrate third-party services into client strategies and delivery plans.
  • Support or lead production responsibilities when necessary while maintaining timelines, budgets, quality standards, and strategic alignment.
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance client experience, team effectiveness, and account performance.
