The Role
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for UAE Nationals to start your career in the insurance and employee benefits industry. You will be the point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us.
What You'll Do
Support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client relationships
Act as a point of contact for client queries, requests, and concerns
Coordinate with internal teams (placement, claims, and operations) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Prepare professional client documentation, correspondence, and meeting materials
Assist with policy renewals and maintain accurate, organized client records
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks
Learn about insurance products, market trends, and client needs to grow professionally
What We're Looking For
UAE National (Emiratization initiative)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Professional demeanor and genuine eagerness to learn and develop
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
