Requirements
  • 8+ years in a creative leadership role, with at least 5+ years working at a creative ad agency making brand level work.
  • Deep understanding of advanced AI tools to support the creative process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a creative agency environment, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing campaigns, including TV spots, digital, and partnership initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a small creative team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Create a vision for the Chime brand that translates into powerful and authentic storytelling that drives awareness/consideration.
  • Develop and execute a creative vision for what our brand looks and feels like through TV spots, activations, social campaigns, and partnerships across all channels.
  • Champion bold ideas and creative approaches to telling Chime’s stories and more deeply connecting with Chime’s members.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with the company's brand values and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to create integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of art directors, designers and copywriters, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, providing clear guidance, feedback, and inspiration to generate impactful ideas.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production houses, and media partners to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our creative work is fresh and relevant.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our consumer base, market trends, and competitor landscape to inform creative strategies.
  • Inspire commitment, loyalty, pride, and spirit in the organization, to support Chime as a great place to work.
