- Documented experience in successfully managing IT projects (full project lifecycle) greater than $2,000,000.
- Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- History of managing a project in a multi-vendor environment.
- Experience in managing IT projects in a government environment.
- Experience creating and managing comprehensive project plans utilizing project management flows and tools.
- Experience performing scope management for projects, including a disciplined change control.
- Experience performing issues management across multiple Departments.
- Experience creating and executing implementation plans.
- Experience in delivering excellent verbal and written communication with clients and technical team.
- Experience managing software development projects using Agile development methods.
- Experience with Scrum and / or Kanban processes.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models.

- JIRA highly desired.
- Agile/Scrum experience very important.
- Former military or law enforcement experience a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates with PMP or other certification.
- Assist in managing individual information technology projects.
