You've worked in Product, UX/UI, or a similar field for 3+ years
You are willing to get deep into understanding the financial side of our business
You have a strong understanding of best practices and user-centered design principles
You are comfortable working with complex systems and communicating design impact to your partners You can utilize data and expose avenues for a clearer understanding of user needs
You can tell stories using research and dataYou've experienced the entire product development lifecycle, including ideation and continuous improvement/enhancements
Your communication style is frequent, kind but honest, and audience aware
Ability to adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment
You have a few case studies of previous work or a basic portfolio

As a Product UX/UI Designer, you’ll be joining a growing team who are incredibly passionate about creating elegant solutions for our customers, both internal and external. At AlphaFlow, you will have an opportunity to contribute to strategic endeavors through collaborations with Product, Engineering, and our Servicing and Investment teams, learning the nuances of our business and why we are the subject matter expert in our asset class. You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to final details. You will utilize your complete range of product, interaction, and visual design skills to help define new AlphaFlLow products, our design systems, and overall customer satisfaction. This position is full-time and fully remote, although we have offices in San Francisco, CA & Austin, TX, if office work is your thing.

In your first 30 days, you can see yourself:
