Requirements

  • 4+ years' relevant experience in customer success or related field

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and CSM best practices
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Gainsight, Planhat)
  • Experience with reporting software (Looker, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Google Sheets, Slides, Docs
  • Experience with sales tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce Sales Engagement, Gong)
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms (Pendo, Segment, Hubspot)
Responsibilities
  • Lead a Customer Success team and elevate team capabilities and performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and development within the team
  • Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality customer interactions that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and account retention
  • Establish a foundation of continuous improvement for customer engagement, success, and advocacy programs
  • Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability of the customer success team
  • Create and execute customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Influence product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and success metrics
  • Communicate strategic insights and findings across the organization to align efforts and drive customer-centric decisions
