- Valid certificates in Data Analytics, Data Science, or IT are highly considered

- Former Navy PS rating experience preferred
- Systems development activities including data table/structure design
- Data acquisition, system specifications, data validation, and documentation
- Development of data interface specifications, on-line query and report specifications, database load specifications, and data validation specifications
- Customer support, including interfacing with stakeholders, troubleshooting, service-member data review and analysis, and problem resolution
