- An Active DOD Secret Security Clearance
- High School Diploma and three (3) or more years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Data Science preferred, but other related fields considered; valid certificates in Data Analytics, Data Science, or IT are highly considered.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of analytical tools and evaluation techniques
- Experience using Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Knowledge of relational database management systems
- Skill in writing and analyzing structured query language (SQL) queries
- Knowledge in programming and scripting with Python or R
- Ability to apply analytical skills relating to database management and development
- Experience in data validation
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing for required customer support and requirements gathering and validation
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Systems development activities include data table/structure design, data acquisition, system specifications, data validation and documentation.
- Business Analyst support will also include development of data interface specifications, on-line query and report specifications, database load specifications, and data validation specifications.
- Customer support, including interfacing with stakeholders, trouble shooting, Service-member data review and analysis and problem resolution.
