Job Description

Your main responsibilities:
- Open projects and close files in the various systems
- Perform customer invoicing
- Support inter-company transactions
- Produce quotations
- Work in collaboration with the consulting department
- Follow-up of budgets/customer contracts
- Monitoring work in progress and deferred income
Qualifications
- DEC or DEP in accounting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in billing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP an asset
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Autonomy, discretion and attention to detail.
